Rogue Rock Picker Limited Warranty Coverage
Rogue Rock Picker (Model RP9635) is backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper operation.
Warranty Limitations
- Warranty applies only when used with wheel loaders, payloaders, or telehandlers rated 35,000 lbs or less.
- Warranty covers picking and digging rocks up to 24 inches in diameter.
- Reel must be turned out of way while digging rocks. (see illustration for digging position)
- Any misuse, overloading, or use outside of these stated limitations will void the warranty.
What We Will Do
During the warranty period, Rogue Rock Picker will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts or components found to be faulty due to material or workmanship. Repairs will be made at no charge for parts or labor.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including teeth, tines, and chains).
- Damage caused by improper operation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage resulting from using the product with equipment exceeding the specified limits.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To make a warranty claim, contact Rogue Rock Picker directly with proof of purchase, product model, and a description of the issue. Warranty service will be coordinated through our repair facility or an authorized dealer.
Other Terms
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. No dealer, distributor, or third party is authorized to make additional warranties or representations beyond what is stated here.
